Shipping Policy
All pre-made ring orders will normally ship 1-5 business days after order is placed. We do not ship on National Holidays, or weekends, so if you place an order on a holiday or after 10 am on Friday, it will be shipped the following Business day. We ship worldwide!
Custom orders take 7-10 business days.
Warranty
The Gem Studio offers a limited 30-day warranty if the product arrives with any defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you encounter any issues with your ring, The Gem Studio will repair or replace your ring after inspection at our discretion. This warranty excludes everyday wear and tear, such as dropping your ring, hitting or scratching it on other objects.
Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 14 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange for store credit if your ring arrives broken or was mislabeled, otherwise we do not accept returns. All returns and exchanges must be returned in the condition they were received. We will not accept returns for rings that you bought in the wrong size or rings you custom designed and did not end up liking. Custom and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement.
